About Me!
My name is Hannah Baker, a 22 year old story teller born and raised in Houston, Texas! I am proudly graduating from the University of Mississippi this upcoming May of 2025, with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism Broadcast and a minor in Marketing!
I am especially honored to be graduating as a first-generation college student. My time at Ole Miss has been nothing short of the best 5 years, and always filled with exciting adventures, where my news story-telling career began at NewsWatch Ole Miss.

My time Reporting and Anchoring for NewsWatch Ole Miss and interning at several TV stations has pushed and shaped me to deliver tightly written stories, while delivering impactful narratives to inform and engage my audience.
When creating news stories, the main focus is on the people, how they are affected and how to use the news industry platform to amplify their voices. It’s about delivering accurate, ethical, and compelling storytelling that informs, engages, and drives meaningful conversations.
